Fun exercise by Dr Leandro Garcia of Queen's University Belfast ,expresses that everyday each and every person should do an exercise activity in moderation for fun, it should be part of everyone's lives, and that researchers found that if participating in 150 minutes per week of exercise benefits health to one in six people this would prevent early death. Lets do fitness together now and join up and start your journey to health and happiness.
