This is a safe space to meet me either online or face to face, to get to know each other better and really get an understanding of what you are looking for with Lily Lotus Gym. It is a 1 hour session to help you choose the right package for you and see if you are happy progress with me as your personal trainer. There will be health tests done and knowing how to support you with a personalised programme before you get started.

  • Mat Pilates class

    50 minute class. Once booked on you will get a confirmation email with the link to the class. You will need a bottle of water, a towel and work out mat. Let’s get blossoming !

    one to one Reformer Pilates 60 minute sessions. Can be online using your own reformer or in person at the reformer studio. At the studio it is a private session where you can focus on your Pilates goals with the comfort of just you and your instructor.

  • Aqua Aerobics 1-1 session

    Aqua Aerobics 1-1 session. Online or in person, this session is a full body workout for those who may have injuries, are pregnant or are just loving the water fitness side of things. Let me help you achieve your goals in the water where it takes the pressure off. Let the resistance on the water work you like you've never been worked before.
